Cloture Vote on Alexander Acosta for Secretary of Labor

This morning at 11:30am, the Senate will vote on whether or not to invoke cloture on the Acosta nomination. Mr. Acosta was President Donald Trump’s second choice, announced after Andrew Puzder withdrew ahead of a likely rejection in committee. While we anticipate a mostly party-line vote, Democratic Florida Senator Bill Nelson is expected to support him. We will be updated the yeas and nays as they’re made right here.
