Good evening, everyone!
Tonight, we return to Wisconsin for the umpteenth time, to cover the primary for Superintendent of Public instruction. Incumbent Tony Evers is going to advance to the general, so the real question is: who faces him? Two contenders are competing for conservative votes tonight: John Humphries and Lester Holtz.
As we mentioned earlier, we had redesigned our Wisconsin map to reflect the concentration of these conservative voters. Tonight, we pull back the curtain and go a bit old school: with the team plugging in county tallies, we’ll follow along the votes for spot #2, showing in real time how election data is received, analyzed, and processed.
