Mail-ins Exceed First Round in GA06

While in-person voting began today in the Sixth Congressional District, mail-in absentees have been piling up for several weeks. As of last night, 7,313 mail-in absentees have been received by Cobb (3431), Fulton (1118), and DeKalb (2764) Counties. In the first round, a total of 6,583 mail-in absentees were cast, with Democrat Jon Ossoff winning over 76% of them. Over twenty-five thousand have been mailed out to voters, so this number will continue to grow over the remaining three weeks. We’ll have our first in-person voting tallies from the State after 9pm tonight.
